Kathmandu - The capital of Nepal

Kathmandu - the capital and largest city of Nepal.  Its economic, historical, political and cultural centre. Its population is 1,003,285 according to here . Bhaktapur: an ancient Newar town

Bhaktapur, is also called Bhadgaon and Khvopa. An ancient Newar town to the east of Kathmandu, Nepal, which has a huge number of outstanding architectural monuments. With 78 000 thousand inhabitants is the third largest population and smallest of three royal cities of Kathmandu valley. Bhaktapur is situated on the river Hanumante, and, just like Kathmandu, lies at the foot of Tibet, which could not but reflect on its history and features. Lukla - A world toughest and dangerous airport

Luka - a town in the Khumbu region in eastern Nepal, the transit point of tourists and mountaineers heading to Everest neighborhood. Lukla lies at an altitude of 2860 m. There is no road to Lukla, but there is a small airport. Also see plans to open the first tarmac road from Kathmandu to Lukla . At the initiative of Sherpas living in the surrounding villages, and other airports in the vicinity of Mount Everest (in particular Namche Bazar ) are not used for mass tourism, and the main stream of tourists are walking from Lukla to Namche Bazaar (one day go with a recommended overnight), with Sherpa guides and porters are hired, and local residents include hotels and restaurants. This procedure is also justified in terms of acclimatization, because falling from an airplane once in the highlands, travelers are at risk of mountain sickness.
